Camp Saginaw is a summer camp for kids, and a typical day for campers includes action, adventure, sports, swimming, arts and crafts. On a typical day, Saginaw campers participate in both traditional and progressive summer camp activities. During the day, campers engage in programs specifically tailored for boys camp and girls camp, and at night campers have the opportunity to mix and mingle at co-ed events. Day or night Saginaw campers are invariably smiling and laughing and enjoying our programs in the company of their friends.
Camp Saginaw offers a liberal arts-style summer camp program. Our daily program is designed to offer campers a wide array of activities and experiences. In addition to swimming and athletics, campers participate in bunk activities and electives. Campers follow a rotating schedule for bunk activities, and they have the opportunity to choose from a variety of exciting electives.

Campers travel to their Bunk Activities with their bunkmates each day. This promotes positive bunk-bonding experiences for campers.
A few examples of Bunk Activities are:
Each day, campers participate in at least two bunk activities.
Electives emphasize learning and instruction in addition to fun and excitement. The elective activities offer campers opportunities they might not normally have outside of camp, and campers enjoy new experiences every day here at Camp Saginaw. Examples of electives include:

Electives offer campers the freedom to choose activities in which they develop or sharpen skills over a four-day period.
