It’s not long now until the summer is here. We are getting enrollments every day and hiring great staff to join our team for the 2013 season. Improvements at camp are continuing and with the spring rapidly approaching, the Cherry Hill office is getting busier and busier. We are receiving calls from parents who are ready to start their camp shopping and make appointments at Bunkline Outfitters to get the Saginaw gear. The questions are rolling in, ranging from how to sign up for private tennis lessons to what session are the campers going to Dorney Park.
It is also that time of year when the camp forms become available online. The camp forms include a medical and health history, camper profile, bunk request, transportation information and other critical material that gives us the opportunity to do the best job caring for your child(ren). It might seem daunting at first to begin the forms process, but once you begin it is a surprisingly quick process and user friendly. We are always available for questions, so if you need assistance call our office and we will be happy to help.
Our Getting Ready for Camp Manual is a must read for new and returning families. It is packed full of helpful information, guidelines and tips to make sure you are clear on camp policies and procedures. Topics included in our Getting Ready for Camp Manual include everything from what to do if your child has a summer birthday to details on our baggage service. Another helpful resource is our packing list. This will give you an idea of the type of items and quantities necessary for your child(ren)’s stay at Saginaw. This list is based on a week’s worth of clothes, so regardless of the length of their session the list is appropriate.
We are counting down the days until we are in Oxford, but until then we will continue to answer your questions and prepare for another amazing Saginaw summer!
